We collect personal information: • Directly from you when you create an account, complete your profile, submit verification documents, vote, suggest brands, make referrals, or contact us • Automatically through your use of the Platform, including through cookies, log files, and similar tracking technologies • From third-party service providers we use to operate the Platform, such as our hosting provider, authentication services, and file storage services

We use your personal information for the following purposes: Membership and Verification • To create and manage your account • To verify your identity and professional eligibility • To approve, deny, suspend, or revoke membership access Platform Operations • To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features • To enable brand voting, brand suggestions, referral tracking, and member features • To send transactional and service-related communications about your account, verification status, and membership Business Development and Retailer Pitches • To produce aggregated, de-identified demand analytics, trend reports, and engagement data for use in presentations to prospective and current brand and retail partners • Individual member data is not shared with partners in identifiable form without your consent Fulfillment • To fulfill merchandise prizes, referral rewards, and contest winnings using your mailing address and sizing information Communications and Marketing • To send you promotional communications, newsletters, or updates about the Platform where you have provided consent as required by law • We may use third-party email marketing platforms to send these communications. You may unsubscribe at any time. Legal and Security • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access • To comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, and enforce our Terms of Service

Verification documents (including government-issued ID and employment documents) are stored in secure, access-restricted storage. These documents are intended to be deleted after your verification is approved or rejected, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, backup, or record-retention requirements. Verification documents are not used for public display, shared with brand or retail partners, or used for any purpose other than confirming your identity and professional eligibility.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances: Service Providers We share personal information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform, including cloud hosting, database services, file storage, email delivery, and analytics providers. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only as directed by us. Business Development We may share aggregated, de-identified, and anonymized data — such as total member counts by province, profession breakdowns, brand vote totals, and engagement statistics — with prospective or current brand and retail partners for the purpose of demonstrating member demand. This data does not identify individual members. Legal Requirements We may disclose personal information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of OnlyPros, our members, or the public. Business Transfers If OnlyPros is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies to: • Keep you logged in to your account • Understand how the Platform is used • Improve Platform performance and user experience • Support security and fraud prevention You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality, including the ability to stay logged in. We may in the future use third-party analytics tools. If we do, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform and comply with our legal obligations. • Verification documents: deleted after approval or rejection, subject to legal and security retention requirements • Account and profile information: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure • Platform activity data: retained as needed for analytics, legal compliance, and fraud prevention • You may request deletion of your account and personal information as described in Section 9

Please note that certain information may be required for us to maintain your membership or comply with legal obligations, and we may not be able to delete all information in all circumstances.

The Platform is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, brand pages, or retail partners. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third parties.
