Official Contest Rules

The sponsor of these contests is 17769881 Canada Ltd., operating as OnlyPros ("Sponsor"), a verified membership platform for eligible first responders in Canada, operating at onlypros.ca.

By participating in any OnlyPros contest, giveaway, or promotional draw, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Contest Rules ("Official Rules") and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.

OnlyPros will conduct milestone-based promotional draws tied to verified voting member growth. The following milestone contests are planned: • 500 verified voting members — Merch package draw • 1,000 verified voting members — Merch package draw • 2,000 verified voting members — Merch package draw • 3,000 verified voting members — Merch package draw • 4,000 verified voting members — Merch package draw • 5,000 verified voting members — Vacation for Two Draw A milestone is reached when the Sponsor determines, in its sole but reasonable discretion, that the applicable number of eligible verified voting members has been recorded in the OnlyPros system. Each draw will be conducted within 14 days after the applicable milestone is confirmed. The draw date will be announced on the OnlyPros website and official communications once the relevant milestone is reached.

Each contest is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry: • Are a legal resident of Canada • Have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence • Are eligible to register for OnlyPros under Sponsor rules • Have completed OnlyPros account registration • Have submitted and received approval for identity and employment verification • Have completed their OnlyPros member profile • Have cast at least one brand vote on the platform • Remain in good standing at the time of the draw The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win: • Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor • Any person involved in the development, production, administration, or fulfillment of the contest • Immediate family members or persons domiciled with any of the foregoing The Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity, age, residency, employment eligibility, and verification status.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. OnlyPros membership registration, verification submission, and participation steps are free of charge.

To be entered in any milestone draw, a person must: 1. Create an OnlyPros account at onlypros.ca 2. Submit identity and employment verification documents and receive approval 3. Complete their member profile (including sizing and mailing address) 4. Cast at least one brand vote on the platform 5. Remain a verified voting member in good standing at the time of the draw Limit: one entry per person per milestone draw. Duplicate accounts, false identities, automated entries, or attempts to obtain multiple entries by improper means are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

A. 5,000-Member Vacation Draw Number of prizes: 1 (one) Prize: A vacation reimbursement for the winner and one (1) guest, with a maximum reimbursement value of CAD $5,000.00 total. The Sponsor may satisfy the prize by booking travel directly on behalf of the winner or by reimbursing the winner up to CAD $5,000.00 after the winner provides satisfactory proof of completed booking and payment, including booking confirmations, receipts, and invoices acceptable to the Sponsor. The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash beyond the maximum stated value. Any costs exceeding CAD $5,000.00 are the sole responsibility of the winner. Expenses not included are the winner's responsibility, including but not limited to: passports, travel insurance, taxes, baggage fees, meals, gratuities, ground transportation, incidentals, change fees, and cancellations. Travel must be completed by a deadline communicated by the Sponsor, failing which the prize may be forfeited. B. Merch Milestone Draws (500 / 1,000 / 2,000 / 3,000 / 4,000 Members) The number of prizes and approximate retail value for each merch milestone draw will be disclosed on the applicable milestone announcement page on onlypros.ca before or at the time the promotion is advertised. Each merch package may include OnlyPros-branded items such as hats, shirts, stickers, and/or other promotional merchandise. The Sponsor may substitute any item with an item of equal or greater approximate value.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible verified voting members at the time of each draw. The Sponsor will disclose the number of eligible entries and approximate odds where required by applicable law.

These contests are open to eligible entrants residing in Canada only. If any province or territory imposes requirements that the Sponsor determines are operationally impractical or legally unsuitable, the Sponsor reserves the right to exclude that jurisdiction by posting notice before the applicable draw closes.

To be declared a winner, each selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor by telephone, email, or other means determined by the Sponsor. This requirement applies to all draws and is required under Canadian promotional contest law.

Selected entrants will be contacted using the contact information associated with their OnlyPros account. Before being confirmed as a winner, a selected entrant may be required to: • Confirm eligibility • Correctly answer the skill-testing question • Provide proof of identity, age, and residency • Sign and return a declaration of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release where lawful • For the vacation prize: provide travel booking documentation acceptable to the Sponsor If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within the time specified by the Sponsor, fails the skill-testing question, fails to provide required documents, or is found to be ineligible, that entrant will be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected.

For the vacation prize: • The winner must submit satisfactory proof of completed travel booking and payment before reimbursement is issued • Reimbursement will be made by e-transfer, cheque, bank transfer, or another method selected by the Sponsor • The Sponsor is not responsible for missed flights, supplier cancellations, travel advisories, weather events, border issues, force majeure, or any travel disruptions • The winner's guest must comply with all applicable travel requirements

By accepting a prize, each winner agrees that the Sponsor may use the winner's name, city/province, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Personal information collected in connection with a contest will be used by the Sponsor for administration of the contest, verification of eligibility, prize fulfillment, and related business purposes as described in the Sponsor's Privacy Policy at onlypros.ca/privacy.

The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who uses multiple accounts, submits false information, tampers with the entry process or platform, engages in fraud, abuse, or harassment, attempts to undermine the operation of the contest, or violates the OnlyPros Terms of Service.

If, for any reason, a contest cannot be run as planned, including due to technical failure, fraud, security issues, force majeure, or any cause that affects the integrity of the contest, the Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest, or to select winners from eligible entries received up to the time of the interruption.

By participating, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns from any liability arising out of or related to participation in the contest, acceptance or use of a prize, travel related to the vacation prize, technical failures, or any other contest-related matter, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
